Djúpivogur's Playground
Wood structure painted by kids
I was invited by the Parents Association in Djúpivogur town in Iceland, to organize a drawing and painting activity for kids.
In partnership with Ágústa Magrette we realized that the town’s playground was missing color and that we could use this opportunity to add more options of games for the youngest kids. With this goal in mind, we designed a wood structure divided by six panels to be painted by the kids during the activity. The session had engaged approximately more than fifteen children and his parents. The kids and parents were instructed and helped to bring color and happiness to the playground of the town. The wood structure and the materials for the participants were supplied by the Parents Association.
